Creating community initiatives to promote ethnic equity
The Leadership Workshop Series is designed to empower individuals from all ethnic communities in Aotearoa, equipping you with practical tools to thrive in New Zealand’s professional and community environments.
💼 Across 3 interactive workshops, you’ll gain essential skills to lead with confidence, empathy, and clarity. Each session blends real-world application with actionable strategies, all in a welcoming and supportive environment.
🧠 You’ll explore:
- Emotional Intelligence in Leadership.
- Communication and Feedback Skills.
- Decision-Making and Problem-Solving.
Project Structure: The project consists of 3 workshops, each lasting 1 hour and a 10-minutes break (snacks provided).
Workshops will be conducted monthy on Mondays.
