Creating community initiatives to promote ethnic equity
By addressing common challenges faced by Latinas, such as financial literacy, self-empowerment, and career building, the initiative will equip participants with the knowledge and confidence needed to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. The sessions will be delivered in Spanish and Portuguese in different day sessions, ensuring that language is not a barrier to participation.

Project Structure: The project consists of 11 workshops, each lasting 2 hours, with two 55-minutes lessons and a 10-minutes break (coffee and snacks provided).
Workshops will be conducted weekly on Saturdays.
🕘 Time: 9:00 am – 11:00 am
☕ Break: 10-minute break in between (snacks & coffee provided)
