Project: Boosting Latin American Business
Creating community initiatives to promote ethnic equity
To empower Latin American businesses in Aotearoa by equipping them with comprehensive skills and knowledge across key areas critical for success in the New Zealand market.
These areas include financial management, strategic marketing, commercial law, employment law, and other essential business practices tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by immigrant entrepreneurs.
By providing a robust foundation in these disciplines, the initiative aims to enhance their ability to effectively manage resources, navigate legal and regulatory frameworks, build strong brands, and create sustainable business models.
Furthermore, the project seeks to foster a supportive entrepreneurial community, encouraging networking and collaboration among Latin American business owners, and helping them confidently integrate into and contribute to New Zealand’s diverse and dynamic economy.
Project Structure: The project consists of 11 workshops, each lasting 2 hours, with two 55-minutes lessons and a 10-minutes break (coffee and snacks provided).
Workshops will be conducted weekly on Saturdays.
