Yuly Munoz –
I am Yuly Muñoz, born in Colombia, and since 2019, New Zealand has become my second home. I am a Certified Public Accountant with postgraduate qualifications in Assurance and Internal Control, as well as in Public Resource Management. I bring 15 years of experience in auditing across various industries, primarily advising on financial matters, along with over 5 years of experience in accounting. My key strengths lie in identifying and analyzing risks and controls, focusing on process evaluations, and providing guidance on the efficient management of resources.
I live in New Zealand with my husband and daughter, and we firmly believe that taking risks is for the brave—these decisions can change lives. However, it’s essential to always stay one step ahead, focused on results, and guided by a clear purpose.

Kelly G. Aviles
Kia Ora, I’m Kelly from Peru, a graduate in Industrial Engineering and currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration with a specialisation in Finance in Auckland, New Zealand.
Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to volunteer in initiatives with organisations such as TEDx, AIESEC, the UN and councils that foster personal development, youth leadership and positive social change. These experiences have provided me with fundamental social learning that has helped me grow both personally and professionally, strengthening my abilities to lead diverse teams in engineering projects.
Being part of Allyship inspires me to continue promoting opportunities that enable more people to grow, learn, become empowered and lead with purpose, both in New Zealand and in our countries of origin. I believe that, through this continuous learning, I can be a better engineer and a more effective leader for my team and community.
